Crop Power and FAMA Launch Malaysia Farming Awards (MFA) to Recognise Outstanding Malaysian Farmers
Crop Power is proud to announce the official launch of the Malaysia Farming Awards (MFA), a new national recognition platform dedicated to celebrating the hard work, excellence, and contribution of farmers across Malaysia.
The launch marks a significant milestone as the previous My Best Harvest with Crop Power competition is now elevated to a national-scale platform through official accreditation by FAMA. This upgrade reflects a stronger commitment to recognising farmers not only for their harvest results, but also for their farm management, sustainability practices, innovation, and overall contribution to the agriculture industry.
MFA is more than just an award. It is a platform created to give farmers greater visibility, stronger market recognition, and a higher level of public appreciation. The programme is open to farmers of all scales, whether large, medium, or small, ensuring that every hardworking grower has the opportunity to be recognised on a national stage.
Through a transparent evaluation process, MFA will highlight key areas such as harvest quality, systematic farm management, technology adoption, innovation, sustainable farming practices, and the farmer’s role in strengthening Malaysia’s food security.
The official launch also included the MOU signing ceremony between Crop Power and FAMA, further strengthening the collaboration between both parties in uplifting the Malaysian farming community. This partnership represents a shared vision to build a more competitive, sustainable, and recognised agriculture sector.
